Daniel Drake is 100% committed to your privacy. All of your "property" (including information, images, negatives, slides, photographs, ideas, art, work, emails, contact information, etc.) WILL BE KEPT CONFIDENTIAL. Daniel Drake will not use YOUR property without your permission. Daniel Drake will only use your property based on the terms discussed prior to any work being done. Daniel Drake will NEVER enter into alliances, partnerships or other business arrangements with third parties that will lead to selling your email or information.

As per the "Terms" (top right corner of the site) of the site, any photographs I or an assistant take, are my property even if I sell you prints or digital files. I reserve the right to use the files for the purposes of illustration, advertising, promotion, display, publication, or for any other lawful purpose. Every effort will be made to get permission/inform you of the use of these images, however it is not required.
